Gracen Daniel practices IP and civil litigation with an emphasis on business disputes. She has experience in a broad range of matters, particularly advocating for business owners and inventors involving their IP rights. She also counsels clients in licensing and contract negotiations. Gracen provides clients intelligent, efficient advocacy and approaches problems pragmatically. She has tried several federal and state cases, and is always prepared to go to trial.

Gracen received her JD from the SMU Dedman School of Law. There, she was a judicial intern for Amos Mazzant, III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Gracen continues to serve as a trial advocacy coach for the SMU prestige mock trial team, a role she has filled at SMU since graduation from law school.
