Ramon Hernandez | Associate

Ramon represents businesses and individuals in all types of commercial disputes, such as breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, trade secrets, deceptive trade acts, and veil-piercing liability. He is a certified mediator and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court via tactful negotiation, motion practice, and when necessary, litigation. Ramon advises clients in a variety of industries, including construction, non-profit, hospitality, real estate, and financial services.

Ramon received his JD from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. During his time at SMU, he served as Associate Editor at The International Lawyer, a legal publication with international recognition. Ramon also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kimberly C. Priest Johnson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
