Ashley Menage is a civil trial lawyer with over a decade of experience in Texas state and federal courts. Businesses hire Ashley for her creative problem-solving approach and the tenacity she brings to achieving her clients’ desired results. Her practice focuses on business disputes, including breach of contract claims, fraud allegations, fiduciary breaches, and post-judgment enforcement.
Ashley approaches litigation as both strategy and storytelling. Her ability to distill complex legal issues into persuasive narratives helps judges and juries connect with the heart of the matter. Clients value her clear, authentic communication and consistently return for counsel for sensitive business matters.
As an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at South Texas College of Law Houston, Ashley trains the next generation of trial lawyers while continuously refining her own courtroom skills. She also coaches one of the school’s competitive mock trial teams, which won the 2025 AAJ National Championship under her guidance.
