Ashley Norton’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. She recognizes that disputes are important and personal to clients, driving her to put their needs first. This has served her well across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including cases involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, trademark infringement, labor and employment, and trade secret misappropriation.
Ashley has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. She graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where she served as chief counsel for the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic. She was also an active member of the SMU Board of Advocates, serving as vice chair of student affairs.
