Daniel is a computer engineer and registered patent attorney, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation. His previous experience with patent and trademark prosecution, tech transfer, copyright, and licensing review complements his approach to the litigation matters he handles. Daniel has represented a broad range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
After obtaining his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, Daniel attended the University of Houston Law Center and obtained his LL.M. in intellectual property and information law. His master’s thesis analyzed Federal Circuit decisions involving software patent eligibility and their impact on litigation.
