The Position: Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

We’re looking for an attorney that has 5-8 years of experience in IP litigation, with a focus on trademark and trade secret litigation. Patent or commercial litigation experience is a plus but not required. Book of business not required.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Push and manage cases.
  • Draft and oversee briefing and discovery. 
  • Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial work. 
  • Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. 
  • Mentor and manage more junior attorneys.
