Griffith Barbee welcomes Director of Operations Amber McMillan!
Amber takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development, and organizational operations. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Prior to joining the firm, Amber was an office manager and legal assistant at Steckler Wayne Cochran Cherry PLLC where she focused on business and firm operations. Amber graduated from Washington University in St. Louis Law school with a Master’s in Corporate Compliance, Business Law, and Employment Law. Amber received her undergraduate from Texas Christian University where she majored in Political Science and Communications.
