TEXAS LOCAL COUNSEL

In addition to serving as lead trial counsel, our lawyers act as Texas local counsel for out-of-state law firms in intellectual property and commercial litigation in Texas federal and state courts. We have extensive experience litigating in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western District of Texas, as well as in Texas state courts, and are here to guide lawyers from other parts of the country through local rules, customs, and procedures unique to Texas.

We regularly work with local counsel in other jurisdictions ourselves, and understand not only the benefits of local counsel, but also what it takes to succeed as local counsel. We work with lead counsel from the start to understand their expectations and take on whatever role they desire, from acting as a resource on local procedures to devising legal strategy to being by their side at trial.
