Joe Rubio is a business litigator who represents clients in a wide range of industries with extensive experience in partnership and real estate disputes. He is known for giving each client personalized attention and building long-term trust through responsive communication and strategic advocacy.

Joe advises individuals, small businesses, landlords, property owners, and investors. His practice spans state and federal courts across Texas, covering matters such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, lien claims, oil and gas issues, probate litigation, and product liability.
