Joshua Yun | Associate

Joshua Yun primarily practices in civil litigation, with an interest in intellectual property matters. Joshua received his JD from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was an avid participant in advocacy programs. He was a director for the SMU Law Board of Advocates and champion of the 2023 Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann Moot Court Competition. Joshua also served as President of SMU’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Currently, Joshua also serves as an Adjunct Professor at SMU Law, coaching moot court advocates at both the local and national levels. He is also a director on the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.

Josh is a classically trained pianist and advocate who splits his time between the courtroom, the classroom, and on service Dallas legal boards. His guiding mantra comes courtesy of Captain Jean-Luc Picard: “There are four lights.” Case closed.
