Griffith Barbee is pleased to welcome associate, Charles “Chas” Carter.

Chas, who joins the firm from Dykema’s commercial litigation group, concentrates his practice on commercial and employment litigation.

“We continue to expand our commercial litigation practice, and adding someone of Chas’ caliber only increases that momentum,” said partner Casey Griffith. “Chas is a pragmatic and impressive attorney whose personality and work ethic will fit seamlessly into our Dallas office and the firm’s entrepreneurial culture – we are thrilled to welcome Chas to the team.”

Chas graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law where he served as Vice Chair for the Board of Advocates and Notes Editor for the SMU Science & Technology Law Review. Chas received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Christian University.
