Griffith Barbee PLLC (“Griffith Barbee” or the “Firm”) may collect your name, telephone number, email address, and other information you provide when you contact us, submit a form through our website, or engage the Firm’s services. We use this information to respond to inquiries, communicate with clients, provide legal services, and administer client matters. 

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist us in operating our website, communications systems, including SMS messaging platform, and legal practice; as reasonably necessary to provide legal services; or as permitted or required by law.

SMS Communications 

The Firm sends SMS text messages only to clients who have engaged the Firm and affirmatively consented to receive SMS communications. SMS messages may concern case status, case strategy, document requests, deadlines and calendar reminders, billing and invoicing, or other matters relating to the Firm’s representation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in consent and mobile telephone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Firm may disclose this information to service providers that facilitate SMS communications on the Firm’s behalf.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting the Firm. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.
